In the Wilderness First Aid class you learn the skills needed to provide critical help when your adventure turns in to an emergency and to recognize the early warning signs of things like hypothermia so you can prevent the emergency from happening.
If you like to explore, hike, bike ride, or if you would like to know what to do when if you come across and accident this is a great class to take.
From Personal experience it gives you the confidence and skills to constructively help in an emergency.
Kids 12 and above who are actively interested in learning are welcome.
